Innovation Challenges
Consideration frames strategic or localized problems as a Challenge. Selected from the Consideration Challenge Bank, or created by managers and employees, these can be organisation-wide or departmental.
With challenges you save money, materials and time. You reduce costs, discover inefficiencies, develop new product ideas and increase your competitive advantage.
Consideration contains a Challenge Bank of important subjects: Productivity; Customers and Suppliers; the local Community, Environment, Company Governance.

Participants are asked the simple question
“what stops you getting things done fast” - everyone is involved, bottlenecks are identified and new processes agreed.
