Stéphane Lissillour
CCO
Stéphane has been working closely with Consideration for over 8 years now, supporting Sales, Operations and Product Strategic Development.
His professional background includes roles as VP Customer Service at VOO, General Manager for Customer Service Operations at Sony Europe), Technical Director and Head of Service Channel at Compaq Emea and Compaq France respectively and System Engineer at Olivetti Systems & Networks Italy.
Stéphane graduated from Rennes University in the field of Physics & Microelectronics Engineering. -
Jim Sproat
MANAGING DIRECTOR
As MD, Jim helps guide strategy in relation to products focused on maximizing employee contribution to Innovation and Continuous Improvement.
He has also special interest in matters related to ESG, the Circular Economy and to issues of social Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion; jediplatform.io describes Consideration’s product for this purpose.
Until forming Consideration, Jim led Community People Ltd’s team in developing innovative tools for e-Democracy and Citizen Engagement, working in the UK, France and Albania.

John Maynard
CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER
John is Head of Product Development, responsible for creating Consideration’s Brand and its products and associated services.
Prior to Consideration, John was with EngageSpace, based in Edinburgh, developing tools for e-Petitions, Deliberative Polling and public surveys.
John previously worked in website design within his own company, Helping Circles. That might explain his interest in the Circular Economy and the work of Stella McCartney in Fashion for Good, a true Circular Economy initiative.

Palak Shah
DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY
As Head of Technology at Consideration, Palak works closely with John in functional design. She has a degree in Computer Science and has also just completed his MBA, which enables her to balance the demands of the Technical and of the Business.
Palak is particularly interested in Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain technology, but also in the social science aspects of innovation, the philosophy of B-Corporations and the emergence of stakeholder capitalism - all of which makes a great contribution to the ethical nature of Consideration.
