Invite your Audience

Once you have successfully created your challenge, you can then send invitations to your target audience by following these simple steps.

First you will need to review, and if required, edit the invitation email template. Go to the “Challenge Auto Responders” section found within the “Setup & Settings” dropdown.

From there, you can select one of the following templates:

Use the “Invitation to take part in Private Challenge” if your challenge is for a specific assigned group. Alternatively, use the “Invitation to take part in our Challenge” if it’s public/open to all users.

The 3rd template within the list, is used for prompting response during a challenge.


To send the invitation, click on the “Manage” link found within the left navigation.

From the “actions” menu, you will see the link “Send Invitation

You can then filter your search. To return all users/participants – leave the fields blank and click search.

You can then send individuals the invitation or send to all by clicking on the “Send Invitation to All” button.
