Strategic Reports - You can view and export a whole range of reports based on overall site statistics.

Click on the “Strategic Reports” link from the left navigation:

The main report is the: Idea Horizon Report “List of Ideas and Comments”

What it does

In one very readable page, it shows ideas submitted so that idea evaluators can fully understand the purpose, benefits and value of ideas submitted.  In addition, it also shows all Comments from colleagues which help with the co-creation of solutions.

Displaying what's important to you

It permits Challenges to be filtered by Challenge, by Idea, by date; it also shows the Questions we use to help an author explain their ideas in a logical and consistent way

This is what you see when you download the report.

The first three rows are what we call “Idea Attributes”, when you land on a specific idea these columns display the information about the that idea, one of the most significant things are the idea’s current status and the moderator’s response which we refer as official comment in business terms, more on this in the workflow section.

Here is the challenge filter, you can type in the title of the challenge or scroll down to find the one that you are looking for.

Now, this is the title filter where you can drill down and return ideas based on title or reference number.

Below is the display that shows you the ideas that you have selected/filtered. The details of the idea along with the comments made on each specific part/description of the idea.

There are multiple ways to use this filter.

·       By leaving predecessor filters (challenge, idea) at their default state.

You can select a range i.e., April 08,2020 to June 25.2022. To see all the ideas published between that period irrespective of the challenge, you’ll see all the ideas listed between that specific date range.

·       By selecting a challenge and leaving the idea filter at the default state.

This allows you to see all the dates on which ideas were published inside that challenge you selected.

Reporting on a specific Idea

Clicking on the “Reports” icon will open a page from where you can select to run three reports – 1. Comments submitted and 2. Votes submitted. 3. Idea statuses updates for that specific idea.
